Which target markets and industries are supplied?
Our highly complex precision components are used worldwide in numerous industries. Our main markets include the international automotive industry, the traditional Swiss watch industry, medical technology (MedTech) and the general high-tech industry (including aerospace, robotics, high-precision sensor technology, security technology and advanced mechanical engineering). Wherever silent power transmission and miniaturisation are required, our parts are used.
Can reference customers be named?
Due to the high level of discretion we guarantee our customers, and due to strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) – we are not allowed to name many of our partners. However, we are very proud to act as a direct Tier-2 and Tier-3 key partner for well-known international Tier-1 suppliers.
Which specific requirements are met for the automotive industry?
We produce according to the specifications of the IATF 16949 standard. We manufacture for numerous components that move within the vehicle, including for seat adjustments or steering systems. Especially in modern automobiles, the requirements for noise generation (NVH or Noise, Vibration, Harshness) of the gears are enormously high, which requires even tighter gearing tolerances – one of our core competencies. By producing in our plants in Europe and Mexico, we realise large series extremely cost-effectively and without long supply chain risks for our international customers.
Which solutions are available for medical technology and the watch industry?
In medical technology and the mechanical watch industry, we enter the world of absolute microcosm precision. Our site in Switzerland (Selzach) is specifically certified according to ISO 13485 for these challenges and specialises in micro-gearing from module 0.02. We manufacture fine pinions, worm gears and gear components, also from biocompatible materials. A perfect surface finish is essential here.
